TYRON ASSIST TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Tyron Assist provides a 24 hour, 365 days a year tyre replacement service in the event of a puncture or blowout*.

Tyron Assist covers the registered member for the initial Call Out Charge. Replacement tyre, Valve, Balancing and Disposal of the old tyre is chargeable to the Tyron Assist member.

Tyron Assist Tyres have been competitively priced. The full cost of the replacement tyre shall be advised at the time of call back. Upon acceptance of a verbal quotation for the Tyre you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

You do not have to pay the fitter; Tyron Assist will send you a copy of the invoice after completion of the work and contact you within 5 working days to take payment by debit/credit card.

Fit4Fleet operates Tyron Assist on behalf of Tyron and is the facilitator and coordinating partner of the call out service. Any work that is undertaken via a Fit4Fleet network member is guaranteed under their own terms and conditions. Fit4Fleet network members will ensure that a replacement tyre is available during attendance. However, this may be of a different brand due to availability.

Arrival time of Tyron Assist is given as an estimate of two hours. During peak travel times, for example Bank Holidays, Christmas holiday period and peak commuting times this may be longer. You will be kept informed by the Fit4Fleet call centre of the progress of your job.

*Mainland UK EXCEPT NI, Shetland, Orkney, Isle of Man, Western Isles etc.
