Tyron Assist provides a 24 hour, 365 days a year tyre replacement service in the event of a puncture or blowout *. The freephone contact number is 0800 612 6680.
Tyron Assist covers the registered vehicle(s) for the initial Call Out Charge. The Tyron Assist member pays for the Tyre, Valve, Balancing and Disposal Charge only **.
Tyron Assist tyres are competitively priced. The full cost of the replacement tyre shall be advised at the time of call back. Upon acceptance of a verbal quotation for the Tyre the member is entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the tyre and replacement costs highlighted above.
The Tyron assist member does not pay the fitter; Tyron Assist will send you a copy of the invoice to the members registered address/email after completion of the work and contact you within 5 working days to take payment by debit/credit card.
Fit4Fleet operates Tyron Assist on behalf of Tyron UK and is the facilitator and coordinating partner of the call out service. Any work that is undertaken via a Fit4Fleet network member is guaranteed under their own terms and conditions (www.fit4fleet.co.uk/terms-and-conditions). Fit4Fleet network members will ensure that a replacement tyre is available during attendance. However, this may be of a different brand due to availability.
The arrival time of Tyron Assist is given as an estimate of two hours. During peak travel times, for example Bank Holidays, Christmas holiday period and peak commuting times this may be longer. You will be kept informed by the Fit4Fleet call centre of the progress of your job.
Tyron Assist is transferable should the member replace their vehicle(s). The transfer and acceptance of the revised details must be completed in advance of using the service. Failure to register the revised vehicle details may invalidate the service.
BY APPOINTMENT SERVICE: The member may choose to have the tyres replaces on an appointment basis, at their home or work/office during normal working hours. There is no callout charge, and the member pays only for the tyres, balancing, valve and tyre disposal charge**.
* Mainland UK EXCEPT NI, Shetland, Orkney, Isle of Man, Western Isles etc.

** The vehicle must be parked in a suitable and safe location. Failure to do so, meaning a second visit is required, will incur a £45 repeat call out charge.
